NITA LAMBCKE
Office Manager
Nita keeps the team on task and moving forward. Her work ethic, knowledge, patience, and expertise give her a unique skill set that drives our goals forward. Nita has over 25 yrs. experience in storm restoration. Traveling to many areas impacted by hail, hurricanes, tornados, floods, and wind. This includes Ohio, Florida, Oklahoma, Chicago, West Virgina, Wyoming, and more. She came back home to Ohio to be with her family. Nita is always the smile in the office you love to see, and always ready to help others.
JACOB LAMBERT
Owner/Production
Jake is originally from Clarksville Ohio. He's been a part of the Wilmington community for the past 15 yrs. He Graduated from Clinton Massie High School. Jake started roofing at 16, then went into foundation repair work. Ultimately leading him to start a general contracting company in 2016. Jake is a very hands-on owner and believes in second chances. He believes everyone has their own talents and have to enjoy the work they do. He loves being able to sit back after a completed project and be proud of what everyone created together.
CHARLIE RHINESMITH
Executive Sales
Charlie joined JSL Home Repair shortly after opening our doors, always bringing a smile to the room. He is detail-oriented with core values to ensure his clients get a quality job.
Charlie is your go-to guy if you need gutters and fascia, but he has a wide variety of experience in many aspects of sales and can handle insurance claims from start to finish!
What we appreciate about Charlie is his dedication to not just his family but to JSL Home Repair as well.
BRIAN MARTIN
Executive Project Manager
Brian has been with JSL Home Repair from the very beginning and has been a large part of our growth, as well as being a team player, adapting to the changes a growing company endures. His knowledge of Insurance claims handling is above the top, and he is the person you want handling a claim and restoring your home.
Brian is strong on roofing, siding, and gutters, but does not stop there. He can handle any type of project.
Brian is a valued part of the JSL Family, and we appreciate his long hours, professionalism, and dedication!
JACOB DALEY
Production Manager
Jacob joined JSL 3 years ago in our production department as an installer. He brings years of experience in the remodeling industry. His hard work and dedication to us earned him a place as the internal production manager. Jacob assists the owner in all aspects of production! His title isn’t big enough, as he is capable of handling claims, estimating projects, and filling any gaps needed throughout the company!
Jacob brings ethical practices, integrity, and knowledge that drive him to be the best he can every day, which helps him support his family.
JESSE GREENE
Project Manager
Jesse joined JSL in 2022 in our production department, gaining knowledge and process eventually in 2025. He joined the internal sales team.
Jesse has completed training in Lead Abatement as he continues to grow and learn the estimating & project management side of being successful in our sales department.
Jesse is a family man dedicated to providing a life for his children and Fiancé.
KEN BRANSON
Executive Project Manager
Ken has been a part of the JSL Family for 5 years, but in the industry much longer. Ken brings professionalism, knowledge, and the ability to handle large projects from start to finish. His kitchen and bathroom expertise and attention to detail are above the standard!
Ken is strong with insurance claims to ensure his clients get what they are entitled to and their home is restored properly. His dedication to his customers and to us is appreciated!
Aside from work, Ken loves to spend time with his wife and family. He is an avid hunter and sportsman.
SIERRA HARRIS
Office Administrator
Before working at JSL Home Repair LLC, Sierra, a stay-at-home mother and homemaker, decided it was time to join the workforce.
Sierra and her fiancé had their home remodeled by JSL; she was intrigued by the process and wanted to be a part of the internal office work, assisting with daily tasks.
Sierra has gone above and beyond learning what we do and how the office processes customers, payments, warranties, and general account receivables/payables. She has become a valued asset to JSL in a short time!
Her smiling face and sweet demeanor are here to greet and assist with every detail!
